Meet our team:

Brett McPhail: A Senior at ISU, he is one of our Insurance Account Representatives. Active in the ISU athletics program, he heads up all of our School Sponsorships and keeps us involved with the students. He is a great assets to our team and goes above and beyond to take care of our customers.

Michael Croy: A seasoned professional with 6 years of insurance experience. Michael is also an Insurance Account Representative here in our office. He has an uncanny ability to see a need and help find a way to get it taken care of. His big heart has placed him as the head for  all of our charitable events we are involved in.

Cristopher Call: Another of our tenured Insurance Account Representatives, with 4 years of insurance experience. As the head of our Community Events he is a firm believer in giving back to those who have given us so much. He is quick to respond to our customers needs, as well as those in the community, we are glad to have him on board.

Annette Blarer: As our Customer Service Specialist, she runs our ever so daunting back office, to make sure everything runs smoothly in the front office. With 37 years of insurance experience she is here to help you with any of your service needs.

Kendra Rone: Our Agent and Fearless leader, is a Pocatello Native and Proud of it. Mother of five children (six if you count her husband Dave ;) ) shares a passion for adventure with her family. Opening an office with State Farm in Chubbuck has allowed her the ability to contribute to her community in a variety of ways she never thought possible before. She and our team are here to help you plan today for the unexpected tomorrow.
