Chase Realty was developed in 1996 to meet the ever changing needs of the Real Estate Industry for the consumer and the agent and to fill a void created by the changes in technology and communication affecting our industry.  The Chase Realty System allows the Sales Representative who understands that the agent has become the brand, the autonomy to create marketing models to suit the consumer.

The bedrock of the Chase Realty System is “for a fresh approach”, this was and continues to be the standard of the company, that gives the consumer the representation and accountability that was sought after by the selling and buying public.

Chase Realty quickly rose to the top 5% of brokerages in the Realtors Association of Hamilton – Burlington.  This was accomplished in 5 years of servicing this Association  area and continues to expand by providing service to our clients based on the Chase philosophy.

We are very excited about the future of the Real Estate industry and feel confident that the Chase Realty System can easily adapt to the changing landscape for agents and consumers.
