Scott Berkholtz

I was born and raised on a dairy farm just South West of Hay Lakes Alberta.  I have lived in Central Alberta my entire life, and have always considered Camrose to be my home.

I have been a licensed Realtor for about 13 years, and have worked in Camrose as well as Edmonton and surrounding areas.

I obtained my Brokers licence about 4 years ago, and had been working as a Broker for an Edmonton Real Estate Brokerage prior to opening “Obvious Choice Realty Ltd.” in the summer of 2012.

I look forward to working with all of my past clients, as well as meeting many of the people in this wonderful community that I did not have the pleasure of meeting or working with in the past.
