Canadian Home Inspection Services was founded in 1988 in the Niagara region by Thomas Vattovaz, a Construction Engineering Technologist.

His goal at that time was to address the inspection needs of the real estate purchasing marketplace. In 1994, his inspection business expanded to include the Hamilton and outlying regions.

Canadian Home Inspection Services offers in-depth inspections on all styles and components of residential homes, multiple-family dwellings, commercial and industrial buildings, as well as Environmental Assessments and septic sewer systems.

Canadian Home Inspection Services Inspection Reporting system exceeds all ASHI and OAHI standards. Our mandate is to consistently deliver high level inspection services. We are dedicated to performing the highest quality, unbiased home inspections with courteous, professional and prompt service. This goal is achieved through on-going training.

Canadian Home Inspection Services is a unique team of highly trained professionals. Each potential Inspector must undergo an extensive training program and must pass an in-depth review of his/her knowledge and skills, as well as written exams and multiple on-site field inspections prior to receiving their certifications. It doesn't stop there. Continued education is a mandate requirement.
