My name is Jonathan Quaglia and this is my law firm. If you are reading this page then you are probably wondering whether I can assist you with resolving your legal matter.

My approach to practising law is pretty simple. Regardless of the issue, I will spend as much time with you as it takes to figure out your circumstance, explain to you the options available to us to resolve your matter, and the costs associated with each of your options. If your circumstance requires a referral to a lawyer with a particular speciality I will assist you with finding the best available professional.

I started my law career in 1994 with the law firm Benoit, Van Raay, Spisani, Fuerth & Quaglia. I have been a trial lawyer in a wide variety of family law and estate litigation matters. I have also maintained a busy real estate and estates practice throughout my career. A lot of my clients are either entrepreneurs or they own farming corporations and as a result, I have a lot of experience with corporate/commercial organizations and reorganizations.  Recently I hired Kurtina Hammerlein, who has been practising law in the Wallaceburg area for 10 years.  Kurtina will be assisting me with Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estate Planning.
