Gray's West & Co. Pioneer Chapel provide personalized and meaningful services to meet the individual desires of hundreds of families. Every detail is considered in planning a fitting tribute to your loved one. Though not a complete list of the services provided by Gray's West & Co. Pioneer Chapel, the following are several available:

Traditional Service - This service includes services with Funeral Director and staff, viewing hours the evening before and prior to the service, and the funeral service at the funeral home or local church of your choice. Your floral tributes will be displayed and you will be offered a video tribute to be viewed during the service. You are encouraged to bring in photographs and other memorabilia to further personalize your service. The service continues at the gravesite with a brief committal before the interment. 

Graveside Service - A graveside service held at the burial site is one of several service options. This is available for families who choose not to have a funeral service at our funeral home or a church. It consists of family and friends meeting at the grave for a short service with seating available. Your floral tributes will be displayed, musical selections may be selected and Military Honors may be presented. 

Memorial Service - A personalized Memorial Service with a Video Tribute Program, photographs and memorabilia can be held in our funeral home chapel or a location of choice. 

Monuments - Memorial monuments of granite, bronze or marble are available for purchase. Our monument company, Stone Tributes, has the ability to design granite markers with the memorial of your choice. 

With an on site crematory at Gray's West & Co. Pioneer Chapel provide dignified cremation options to meet the personalized desires of families. Though not a complete list of the cremation services the following are several options available:

• The Tribute Program - A video Presentation Of a life remembered. Included in many of our service packages. 
• Chapel Service - A contemporary or Religious ceremony can be scheduled in the funeral home chapel. 
• Church Service - A church Memorial Celebration can be personalized with special family photographs and memorabilia. 
• Graveside Service - A gathering as cremated remains are interred is one of several options. 
• Memorial Service - Memorial Registry Books, Memorial Service Folders and Flag Cases can personalize the service or ceremony of your loved one. 
• Crematory on Site - The cremation process is under the supervision of our trained staff and handled in our on-site cremation facility. This allows our families the privacy and assurance that their loved one is properly cared for.
