Randall K. LaClaire has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. As a graduate Civil Engineer, Randy started his career as a design engineer working both in the private and municipal sectors. Design fields included site development, roadway, highway, and bridge design as well as building structures. As time progressed, Randy moved into the construction arena. The combination of his engineering and construction backgrounds brings a real advantage to RKL’s clients in that as he has worked in both the Design and Construction fields, he has a clear understanding of construction techniques, design requirements and code issues.
