History of Iron Valley Real Estate of Lehigh Valley
Founded in 2013, Iron Valley Real Estate’s first office was opened in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania by Real Estate Agent Adam Gamble. Adam had been working in real estate throughout Central Pennsylvania in residential and commercial real estate since 2006 and had been recognized by the Lebanon County Association of Realtors as being in the top 10% among his peers. In 2013 after years in the business Adam decided to create a more modern, technology driven real estate brokerage that also gave real estate agents an alternative to high fee offices and eliminated expenses and operating restrictions found with large franchised firms. Since opening his first office in Lebanon County, Iron Valley Real Estate has been rapidly growing year after year.
When looking to expand his operations, a memory of a family and friend gathering in 2015 inspired his next move. Adam’s grandfather always spoke of how he wished he was younger to start his own real estate company. After he passed, Adam, his Aunt Donna, and one of her best friend’s Robert reminisced about his dream. As Donna and Robert were already experienced agents working in the Lehigh Valley, and Iron Valley Real Estate has become the fastest growing company in Lebanon County and beyond, it seemed only natural to expand into the Lehigh Valley.
