Jill began in the real estate title industry in May of 1985. She maintains her Minnesota licensing for Abstracting and Real Estate Insurance Producer. She has also been an agent with Stewart Title since 1991. Jill's knowledge of real estate is the foundation for Integrity Title, Inc. She is extremely active in the community, being a former Alexandria Chamber Ambassador and is currently involved in the Kiwanis Club, Board Member for the YMCA, Board Member for Theater L'Homme Dieu and Board Member for Alexandria Public Schools Education Foundation. Jill is married to Jim and they have one son, Jared. In her free time, she enjoys time at the lake, golfing, quilting and spending time with friends and family.

James (Jim) Wagner

Jim has been working in the title industry since 1991. He currently does all of our plat drawings and property reports. Prior to working at Integrity Title, Jim was in the concrete business working with this brother. He also owns a car wash/laundromat in Brandon. Jim graduated from Evansville High School and also has his AS degree from Alexandria Technical College. He currently serves on the finance board at his local church. Jim is married to Jill and they have one son, Jared. In his spare time, Jim enjoys fishing, bowling, golf and travel.

Shawn joined the family at Integrity Title, Inc. in December of 2007. Shawn has been involved in the real estate industry for more than 15 years. You can contact Shawn for all questions regarding title insurance. He can also provide you with quotes for all of your title fees, including both mortgage and owner's policies. Shawn and his wife Lori have 2 children and live in Alexandria, where they enjoy taking in a movie, frequenting local beaches and all the amenities that living in the Alexandria lakes area offers.

Janice Esala
Business Administrator

Jan has been with Integrity Title, Inc. since they opened their doors. She handles the accounting functions of the business. Jan was the Business Manager for the Alexandria School District for a number of years. She is active in her church, Kiwanis and the Douglas County Unit of the American Cancer Society. She served on the Board of Directors for Bremer Bank as well. Jan is married to Ken and together they have three adult children and five grandchildren. When not at Integrity Title, she enjoys bowling, golf, quilting and donating her time to different charities.

Jeanette has returned to Integrity Title as of September, 2009 in the Abstracting Department. Jeanette was previously with Integrity Title for almost 5 years working as an Abstracter. Jeanette will be glad to help you with any of your abstracting needs, such as: preparing 0 & E reports; continuing or preparing new Abstracts; doing Document or Tax
searches, etc. Jeanette has lived and worked in the Alexandria Area for 25 years, with her attention in helping & servicing the public. Jeanette is married to Dan and they have 2 children. Jeanette volunteers & serves her time locally with the Douglas County Relay for Life & the Alexandria JHS Marching Band to name a couple. She enjoys in her free
time, baking, playing games, & spending time with friends & family.

Connie L. Voiles

Connie begin working in the real estate business in 1996 and works in
the closing department. Connie schedules appointments, does loan processing, documents related to the closing and many other facets associated with a real estate transaction. Connie will work hard to help you through the closing transaction so it will be a smooth process and an enjoyable experience, one that you will remember. Connie has two married sons - Mark and Owen. She also has a dog named Snickers. She enjoys reading, crossword puzzles and spending time with her family and friends.

Terri Paradis

Terri Paradis is the File Coordinator and Construction Manager for Integrity Title. Terri has a background in Real Estate Sales and has been employed with Integrity Title since March 2006. Terri is a native Alexandrian whose family goes back 5 generations in Douglas County. Terri resides in Alexandria with her fiance, Jody and her 2 children Zachary and Cody. Terry loves the beautiful lakes area and enjoys boating with her family, bonfires at the lake and a good glass of wine.
