Kerry was fantastic to deal with.  The decision we made to purchase a second home as a vacation property was something we were excited and quite nervous about.  At all times. Kerry answered our questions, was readily available to us, was straight forward and honest, and worked with us to help us find a vacation property that fit our family's needs.  Helped relive a lot of our nerves to feel we were dealing with someone who had our best interests in mind, and was not just out for a quick and easy sale.  As we were buying from a bit of a distance, several of the properties were interested in required Kerry to do a pre screening of those properties.  The pre screening information Kerry provided helped us immensely in the decision making process, as the information and pictures provided were very detailed and very thorough.  His work, time and effort and attention to detail is very much appreciated.  Kelly and Darren
