About John B. Tate III, Attorney at Law

Soon after graduating from Duke University with a degree in history, he attended University of North Carolina School of Law. Graduating with the degree of Juris Doctor in 1989 from NCSL, he was then admitted to the Virginia State Bar. After practicing law in Virginia, he moved to North Carolina in 1996. By 2001, he was proudly admitted into the North Carolina State Bar and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of North Carolina. A member of numerous boards and associations as well as the owner of his general practice John B. Tate III, Attorney at Law, is studious and professional inside and outside of the courtroom.
