Company president Gordon Brewer has over 30 years experience in the real estate appraisal profession and has been entitled to the designation AACI, P.App. (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute; Professional Appraiser) since 1972.

He has served as chair of the National Investigating Committee of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is a certified as Instructor for Canadian Standards. He has also appeared
as an expert witness before the courts and arbitration boards
on numerous occasions.
