Cheryl Brady Chandler is originally a Southern California Girl but now finds herself living the Colorado mountain dream. She left California in search of a pretty place to stop and landed in Breckenridge, Colorado. As a beach girl, Cheryl did not know snow or skis, but as always, she learned to adapt. 30+ years ago a Blue-eyed Cowboy walked through a door and her whole life changed. With her “Lovin’ Man” in tow, Cheryl moved to the Western Slope and became a rancher’s wife. In 1981 they moved to Rifle where Cheryl pursued a career in real estate. When the bust of May 1982 hit the area, Cheryl decided that she would get a steadier job and off she went to work at Unocal, where she remained for the next 10 years. When Unocal shut down, Cheryl became the person that would liquidate the facility and eventually be the one that sold their real estate. Now that real estate bug had bitten Cheryl once again she decided to jump in with both feet. She knew that this was going to be her community and that in order for her to become part of it she wanted to be involved in all aspects of it. Over the past couple of decades she has devoted her time to Hospice, the Garfield County Planning and Zoning Commission, her local and state board of Realtors, serving on the Board of Directors for both the Silt and Rifle Chamber of Commerce, and has given of her time and money to many of the local schools, fundraisers, seniors, and many more. But, along with all of this there is still time for enjoying the local area. Whether it be on horseback, a 4×4, on the golf course, in her garden, or just sitting and enjoying the sunshine, as long as she has her Blue-eyed cowboy, Cheryl is loving life. Cheryl has surrounded herself with an amazing team at Cheryl&Co. and knows that each of them are funny, brilliant, hardworking and all bring their special talents to help drive Cheryl&Co. to be the best real estate and property management that it can be. |
