Juli J has been in the mortgage industry since 1998 in Arizona.

Graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Master’s in Business Administration. Currently licensed by the State of Arizona as a Mortgage Loan Originator. Obtained her Certification in Mortgage Ethics (CME) from the Institute of Mortgage Lending, in 2008. Scored 100% on the ethics exam for the Federal exam for Licensed Mortgage Originators. In 2006 completed her training and successfully tested to obtain the status of Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS). In May 2011, successfully obtain Certification in Mortgage Instruction (CMI) from the Institute of Mortgage Lending. Served on the local association of the National Association of Processional Mortgage Women since 2002, serving as President for 3 terms. Juli J currently sits as the Treasurer of NAPMW Phoenix, 2 term President for the Valley of the Sun Women in Insurance & Financial Services (WIFS). Vice-President of The Redwood Alliance, Scottsdale Chapter, an advisory board for small business owners in Arizona, since 2010. Mortgage and Real Estate Industry Educator. Expert Witness in Mortgage related lawsuits.

Juli J believes the mortgage process is not about just one purchase or refinance buy aligning a person or family’s greatest investment to their future goals, thus helping them to realize their family’s dream. This is accomplished by orchestrating the correct product and meticulously planning for the borrower’s current and future financial stability. Juli J has successfully assists hundreds each year in this process, through her knowledge, experience and expertise.

Juli J has sat as President on two different HOA boards as well as being an active member in the local Real Estate, Financial and Mortgage Industry. Juli J has performed many duties in her mortgage career; here is a small list of positions / titles held: Processor, Underwriting Assistant, Secondary Desk, HR and Payroll, Quality Control, Docs drawer/funder, Sale/ Ops manager, Mortgage Consultant and Branch Manager
