We will meet with you and discuss your goals, expectations, and how to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars. For home staging, we will review our 8-step "Feel Home" staging process while walking through the home as a buyer would and gathering those all-important first impressions. If time allows, we will give you a quick demonstration of the difference home staging makes by transforming a room of your home and providing staged photos to use in your marketing efforts. We will end with a proposal presenting options allowing you to choose from a Top Ten Priority Report, Half Day Services, Full Day Services, or Do it Yourself Manual. For redesign projects, we will follow up at a second appointment with a presentation and 3-D visuals of your redesign project.

 
 

The Top Ten Priority Report is for homes that are well on their way to being staged and just need a little extra direction. This customized report focuses on the ten most important things the seller should do right away to increase the value of the home and obtain a faster sale.

 
 

This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise and are less then 2000 square feet. The Graceful Designs Consultant will be working from the 8-step Action Plan we began in the Initial Consultation. From this consultation we will make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home. We will bring in accessories in order to complete the look of each room, take great photos for your real estate agent's marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what to purchase. 

 
 

This service is for those homes that need a little more attention and expertise or are over 2000 square feet. We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home. You will be amazed at the differences a day can make! You will walk away with a show-ready home, photos for your agent's marketing efforts, and visuals of purchases you can make to further enhance your home's appearance.

 
 

(Up to 2000 square feet plus additional $100 for every extra 1000 square feet)

The Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Manual is an extensive 30+ page report detailing all of the actions a Graceful Designs Consultant would take to transform your home as well as tips and tricks from the pros. We give you the expertise so you can supply the energy and take the time to do the improvements and staging yourself.

 
 

This service is perfect for the house that is just about to go onto the market or have an Open House in order to make a great first impression! A Graceful Designs Consultant will spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyers dream. The consultant will be working off of a detailed Action Plan that will be given to the Home Seller in order to complete the transformations at the end of the session.

 
 

We will create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as an investment in the sale of your home. Simple purchases can go a long way in changing the look of a room. We know where to go and often get Designer Discounts on purchases made for you.
