When we have time without distractions, we gain a greater awareness in our mind and body. Yoga allows us to search and create so we may gain flexibility on all levels liberating ourselves from pain. It is in this process with yoga we begin to understand we also liberate the whole world. In my own personal journey with yoga since 1997, I have found that bringing in music, dance, laughter, spiritual inspiration and harmonious energy make each class a wonderfully balanced experience. |
