Contempra Electric offers personal, professional, and courteous service to its clients throughout central New Jersey.

Rod (Gerard) Giacomo obtained his New Jersey state electrical license in 1976, and began Contempra Electric to serve both residential and commercial clients. 

Contempra Electric offers the latest in lighting controls and energy conservation, and is certified by Lutron to supply and install their specialized home lighting automated systems (Radio RA and Aurora) as well as Graphic Eye systems.   

 Contempra Electric has become a true family business with the addition of Vincent Giacomo, Rod’s son, who also obtained his NJ state license.  Rod has also been joined by his son-in-law Dave Christensen.  Contempra Electric will keep the tradition of our business to all of our clients for many years.
