Drake's Inspection Services, LLC adheres to the American Society Of Home Inspectors (ASHI) code of ethics and standards. Our purpose is to give you a better understanding of the condition of the property at the time of inspection. Our job is to help you make an informed decision on the purchase of your home. This is a visual inspection, observing major structural, electrical and mechanical systems found within the typical home. The inspector concentrates on major items that could be potentially expensive repairs, health risks or safety risks. The inspector tries to identify as many minor problems as possible during the inspection.
The inspector does not move furniture or stored items during the inspection with exception to accessing the electrical panel (within reason). Equipment will not be dismantled, therefore some mechanical deficiencies will be beyond our ability as the home inspector to detect and do not reflect on past or present codes. Home inspection reports are not a home warranty, insurance policy, or guarantee.
