Bradley K. Richardson, P.C. was founded by Bradley K. Richardson in 2006 after spending seven years in private practice with a multiple office firm. Bradley K. Richardson was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2000 after graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He is admitted to practice in South Carolina, the Federal Court for the District of South Carolina, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina. 

Brad’s practice areas are focused on real estate law. He has represented thousands of purchasers and sellers of real estate over the course of his career and has represented several financial institutions in foreclosure and collections matters. Additionally, he accepts cases that involve title clearance, land disputes, and other real estate related issues. Brad is a licensed title insurance agent with both First American Title Insurance Company and WFG National Title Insurance Company. He has also been a featured speaker for the National Business Institute on foreclosure issues in South Carolina. Brad serves on the Real Estate Practices Council of the South Carolina Bar, and he is an adjunct professor teaching Real Estate Law for Tri-County Technical College in Pendleton. He has been proud to accept these positions offered to him by members of the community who are confident in his experience and his capabilities. 

In addition to his professional achievements, he was honored to be named to Anderson Independent Mail’s 20 Under 40 list in 2012, which recognizes community leaders under the age of 40. Brad is proud to have served on the Board of Directors for Anderson Interfaith Ministries since 2008. He currently serves the organization as the Chairman of the Board. Brad's devotion to community extends to his work philosophy as well; taking care of people is his paramount concern. Brad is dedicated to forging lasting relationships with his clients and their families by providing trusted counsel and guidance through the home buying experience.
