We are especially sensitive to first time home buyers. We take the time to verbally explain any or all of our report findings and inspection results. We are qualified to perform commercial building inspections as well. John Dyke has his certification through PurdueUniversity and is Indiana State Licensed. Being qualified by ICC (International Code Council) means that any and all aspects of commercial buildings are within our experience. We are approved by the Veteran’s Administration as an inspector for the SAH Program. This is a program for specially adapted homes (SAH) to accommodate disabled veterans so they can live in their own homes. These inspections must be ADA compliant.
