I’m Teresa Eggers, owner and principal ASP stager of New Creation Home Staging. Thank you for stopping by our site and considering us for your Home Staging needs. I hope we have the opportunity to meet in the near future. When we do meet, you will quickly learn that I am passionate about my business and making a positive difference in people’s lives. I simply love raising the standards on everything I do. One of my favorite quotes is from Roger Staubach—“There are no traffic jams along the extra mile.”
I started my career in Retail Visual Merchandising, but eventually shifted from retail to the real estate industry. It was as a Realtor that I discovered my passion for staging homes while helping clients who were selling. I eventually earned my certification as an Accredited Staging Professional, and have now put all three of these experiences together to make one fabulous career.

Tracy
Meet Tracy McDivitt. Tracy’s work history includes over 10 years experience as a graphic designer. She has also spent the last four years in retail at Pier One Imports with a focus on merchandising and selling home furnishings and décor. Tracy’s own home is a showplace and she has found great enjoyment in interior design. With these experiences, home staging is a natural fit for her. Tracy draws upon her work history as a graphic designer to create artwork for our clients’ décor and is our principle shopper. When it comes to shopping, she is a natural. If there is a bargain to be had, she will find it. She also enjoys helping people create a truly inviting space and transforming a home into a place where potential buyers can see themselves living. Tracy is a multi-talented, creative, dynamic person and we are thrilled to have her as part of our team.
Amy
Meet Amy DeNunzio, ASID. Amy is a very energetic and creative designer. Prior to her design career, Amy had also spent time in retail with a focus in merchandising and selling home goods. After moving into a new home Amy discovered a talent and love for designing interiors. It was then she went back to school and received her degree in Interior Design. Her passion is being able to envision a design concept and watch it all come together through color and fabric. While utilizing and appreciating the homeowner’s current furnishings, Amy turns any room into an artfully arranged and livable space. Visual appeal and beauty are high priorities in her design and staging work. Amy’s ability to envision a space before its completion and her eye for color and fabric make her the perfect addition to our staging team.
