About Us
In 1985, Dennis Klocek decided to venture into owning his own business. Working eight to ten hours at his new business after his full-time job at Land-O-Lakes, Klocek found his work both growing and satisfying. Four years later, Klocek hired a second full-time employee and made Dennis Klocek Electric both his official day and night job!
Working out of his home's garage with the now signature navy blue work vans, Klocek was able to showcase his care and skill in providing electrical services to residents and business owners in the area. In 1993, Klocek and company moved to a new location at the historic Northwest Railroad station in Albert Lea. Needing more room yet, Klocek ushered in the new millennium by building a new shop on South 4th Avenue.
Although the name has been shortened (from Dennis Klocek Electric to Klocek Electric) and the employees and shop have grown, the objectives and methods of the business have remained the same from day one -- to service customers quickly and correctly through dedicated and experienced staff.
